• Sponsored articles and videos are clearly labelled as sponsored, at the top of the article and in the video.
• Gifted products or stays are disclosed, even when no payment is involved.
• Our opinions stay our own. Partners don’t approve what we say, and we share both of our perspectives honestly.
• We only work with brands that fit our life and our readers.

We aim to follow advertising disclosure guidelines in the countries we reach (such as the FTC in the US, the Competition Bureau in Canada, ASCI in India and the CMA/ASA in the UK).
